Biography

Scott was born and raised in the Ag rich area near Manson, IA. He worked on the family farm helping with crop and livestock production and also worked for the neighboring farm operation until he graduated from high school. Since then he has owned multiple businesses and currently owns and operates Powers Land Management. His focus is helping land owners develop and manage their properties to enhance the productivity, quality, and equity. Scott is a proud father of three children and a grandfather to four amazing grandchildren!

Scott's passion has always been hunting and fishing. He has been blessed to have harvested several whitetails over 170", with the biggest being 227". He purchased his first recreational farm in southern Iowa in the 90's and has owned multiple top end farms over the past 20 years. Scott's knowledge and experience make him an exceptional real estate Agent. He looks forward to working with you!
