Martin graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and returned home to be a fourth-generation farmer, by forming a partnership with his father on the family farm. He continues to reside on the farm located in Whiteside and Ogle Counties, Illinois where he was born and raised and developed his passion for farming and everything agricultural.
Over the years, Martin has had the opportunity to work in many different agricultural fields. This included assisting his father with his successful auction business as well as sales of agricultural products and services. In addition to working at LandProz, Martin is currently working as a field representative for a cheese processor where he works with dairy producers to maintain quality and evaluates dairy herds through the farm program.
Between Martin and his wife, Mally, they have 6 children and 2 grandchildren. Martin is also working with his daughter and son-in-law to expand the beef cow operation, bringing the fifth-generation into the family farm!
