Biography

Married to Alicia Carpenter with whom we have one child Jordyn. She is 10 years old and goes to Garner-Hayfield-Ventura. Josh was born and raised in Garner, IA. Josh and his family enjoy camping. They just love the outdoors and the friends we get to meet at the campgrounds. Him and his family currently keep their camper at Jellystone campground year around in Austin, Minnesota. Josh is also a member of the Garner Lions Club, has a bulldog named Prince and a Labrador named Autumn. Josh's parents are Bob and Bobbie Carpenter.

Josh was raised around agriculture, working on a farm since he was 12 years old. He did everything from bailing hay, riding the bean bars, detasseling, hog chores, to working in the fields.  He also worked in a agriculture machinery shop for 5 years. Josh has sold agriculture equipment for 13 years, selling equipment in about all fifty states, Canada, Australia, and Russia.

Josh's hobbies include Hunting, being an avid bow hunter, pheasant, and coyotes.  Josh has had the pleasure to take some young kids out to introduce them to hunting. This year will be the first year I get to take my daughter out with me and teach her all about hunting and the land.  I’ve worked on Dirt Modifieds for 15 years or so. I also love going to watch the North Iowa Bulls play hockey. Josh is also been a volunteer coach the last two years for his daughters softball team, and this year will be his first year being a volunteer coach for my daughters Archery Club.
