Jim was raised in St. Joseph, Michigan and currently resides in Quincy, Illinois. Jim graduated from Lakeshore high school and attended Lake Michigan college. Jim grew up on a small farm and now owns his own small farm and hunting land back in Michigan. Jim’s dad started taking him hunting at age 13 and 45 years later he still enjoys the outdoors and hunting.
Jim’s career was in construction sales until 2008 when he made a change to the agricultural business in seed sales and then becoming an Illinois land broker. Jim has a passion for land and goes out of his way helping his clients find their perfect piece of property in west central Illinois.
