Rob Richards represents the third generation of the family farm. Rob grew up on the farm, but being the third of three sons, he worked off-farm after college. Rob was a math teacher and football coach before going into the telecom industry where he had numerous leadership assignments in his 26-year career. The farm life lessons served him well, and he came back to the farm to help his sons, Eric and Aaron, with the family farm. Rob was responsible for the business administrative areas: finance, human resources, and marketing.
Rob has a B.S. degree in mathematics from Purdue University and a M.S. degree in mathematics education from Indiana University. Rob’s wife Marianna has a B.S. degree in journalism from Indiana University and a M.S. degree in journalism from Ball State University. Marianna was a long-time high school teacher and district communications director. Rob and Marianna love their grandkids! Much time is spent at travel league volleyball and softball events as well as their various school activities. For recreation and exercise, Rob and Marianna play a lot of pickleball.
Rob is excited to continue using his business skills and experiences to assist his son Eric, a LandProz agent, along with others on the LandProz of Indiana team.
