Biography

Sonny Jensen was born and raised in Albert Lea, Minnesota, and is proud to carry on a family legacy in the auction and real estate industry. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Howard Jensen, and his father, Greg Jensen, Sonny attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2021 the same school his grandfather, father, and brother all graduated from.

Since launching his Auction / Real-estate career in 2021, Sonny has been involved in the sale of more than $600 million in auction assets, including farmland, automobiles, livestock, equipment, estates, and benefit auctions. This diverse experience has given him the expertise to effectively market assets, create competitive bidding environments, and help clients achieve outstanding results. Sonny is the 2025 Iowa State Auctioneer Champion and the 2026 Minnesota State Reserve Champion, earning recognition for his professionalism, energy, and commitment to excellence. Whether selling a single piece of equipment or a multi-million-dollar land portfolio, Sonny is dedicated to serving buyers and sellers with integrity while delivering exceptional auction results.
