The property is buildable per the Linn County Planning and Zoning office.  Most of the property is in a zone x 500 year flood zone but part of it is in the 100 year. You can build on the 500 year zone but in the 100 year you would have to meet height requirements by FEMA.  House requirements would be a minimum of 22x22 and as big as you want as long as you meet property set back stipulations.  There is a well but the status is unkown of condition.  Property would need to meet septic requirements if you were to build.
