At the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will enter into a lease agreement with the seller, from the date of the auction to the day of closing, for a cost of $0, allowing the buyer to have farming rights prior to closing. If the buyer is unable to close, then the seller reserves the right of ownership to any planted crops or applied fertility. Any statements made the day of the auction take precedence over previous materials.
