It was built in 2007, is a 51' x 392' farrow to finishing barn and holds 2,500 head. With a 1.2 million gallon pit with adequate free board space to beams, is pumped once a year and the buyer receiving manure in the barn at closing for their 2024 applications, this is an awesome deal.
