Earnest money will be held in escrow until closing. The intended boundary is estimated and subject certified survey, which may change acres. There will be a 10 foot ingress egress easement in place for the sellers to access CRP. Buyers will need to be approved before bidding, there will be no financing contingencies. Only approved bidders will be registered to bid. Buyers will need to provide a letter of credit or proof of funds prior to bidding. Closing will be on or about October 25, 2024.
