Aaron was born and raised in Greensburg, Indiana. He currently lives near his family farm in Decatur County, Indiana, with his wife Melea and three children. The family are members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Farming and enjoying the outdoors have been a passion of Aaron’s from a very young age. Growing up on a dairy farm, along with raising beef cattle, pigs, and horses taught him the value of hard work which he uses every day.
While in high school Aaron attended an FFA event that piqued his interest in auctioneering which led to him attending the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Auburn, IN, right after graduation. He later attended Purdue University School of Agriculture and received a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics and Agronomy.
Aaron has worked for 20 years in the ag industry in various positions, most recently as an Agronomy Lead and Co-Owner for a leading crop consulting company based in Indiana. He focuses on bringing value to the farmers and landowners by working intimately with their operation to make the most of every acre.
If not on the farm, Aaron can be found spending time with his kids, hunting for whitetail, and chasing waterfowl in the Mississippi Delta.
Aaron has been fortunate enough to blend his knowledge of ag economics, agronomy and auctioneering together. His ability to evaluate land and his knowledge of what the land is capable of achieving through management is valuable for both buyer and seller.
