Brady was born and raised in Alma, Arkansas, a small town nestled between the Arkansas River Valley and the foothills of the Ozark Mountains of West Central Arkansas. His passion for the outdoors started at a young age, whether it be squirrel hunting the steep terrain of the Ozark National Forest or at deer camp sitting on the stand, he always found himself in the outdoors.
After graduating high school Brady realized that his passion for land and wildlife was something he wanted to pursue. So after one year of college baseball, Brady and his wife moved to Monticello, Arkansas where he attended the University of Arkansas Monticello and obtained a degree in Wildlife Natural Resource Management. While attending college Brady worked for a timber consulting company where he was able to learn the ins and outs of the timber industry. Working with the land everyday had always been a dream, but he knew that his passion for wildlife was just as strong as his passion for land. He soon realized that managing the land to conserve, and benefit the wildlife that lived there, was his calling.
After graduation, Brady was fortunate to obtain a Habitat Biologist position working for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission where he managed approximately 70,000 acres of bottomland hardwood timber throughout the Mississippi River Alluvial Valley of SE Arkansas. Brady’s passion for the outdoors quickly grew into a career in wildlife/land management. This career path has given Brady an abundance of knowledge and a significant advantage when it comes to understanding land and how wildlife utilize the landscape.
In his spare time, Brady enjoys hunting with his wife and children, shed hunting with family and friends, and helping others improve the habitat on their property and his own. Brady and his wife Cajun, being the avid outdoorsman that they are, knew that joining the LandProz team was an easy decision. It has been a dream of theirs to live in the Midwest since they first met in high school. They currently reside in Vernon County, Missouri. Having the ability to help others find or sell their next property is just as exciting to them as owning their own property.
